Thank you for shopping with us. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. All purchases made through the Platform are final. STOCKATION PRIVATE LIMITED maintains a strict no-cancellation, no-refund policy for all products and services once an order has been successfully placed.

We do not entertain any requests for cancellation, return or refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after placing the order
  • Products not matching personal expectations
  • Delays in shipping or delivery once dispatched
  • Perishable or non-perishable items delivered as ordered

Exceptions:

In the rare event that a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, or if there has been an error in fulfillment (wrong item delivered), please contact our customer service team at support@rooktook.com within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos and order details. Such issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and if approved, a replacement may be arranged at our discretion. No monetary refunds will be issued.
